Can I ask for the same cleaners again?
When more than one crew is free for your slot you pick the one you want as you book — the pair who came last time included.
Do you clean offices as well as homes?
Yes. Commercial spaces get the same vetted crews and a price agreed before we start, scheduled around your hours rather than ours.
Do I need to supply anything?
No, the team brings their own supplies and equipment. Want a specific product used on a surface? Leave it out and tell us.
Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
Entirely up to you. Leave entry instructions and come back to a finished home, or stay. Neither changes what you pay.
What if I have pets?
Pets are welcome to stay. The booking form asks about them, so tell us there and the crew will know what to expect.
